1. Recording and Use of Content

I agree that Tahaluf Events Limited may record my participation in the Event, including any photographs, audio, or video recordings of myself and my session(s) (the “Recording”). I grant Tahaluf Events Limited the right to use, distribute, publish, and/or promote the Recording, or any derivative works, for promotional, educational, informational, commercial, or other business purposes, without additional compensation or further approval.

2. Content Responsibility

I confirm that the content of my session(s) will not be defamatory, offensive, or infringe the rights of any third party.

3. Editing Rights

I understand that Tahaluf Events Limited may edit or modify the Recording as necessary for suitability across various media, and that the company is not obliged to use the Recording.

4. Data Protection

I acknowledge that any personal data I provide will be processed in accordance with the Tahaluf Events Limited Privacy Policy.

5. Authority and Permissions

I confirm that I have the authority to grant the rights described herein and, where relevant, have obtained all required permissions from third parties and my employer.

6. Legal Binding and Duration

I understand that this release is legally binding, perpetual, and may not be revoked.

7. Code of Conduct

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Informa Business Partner Code of Conduct.

8. Event Changes

I accept that Tahaluf Events Limited may postpone or cancel the Event at its discretion.
