These terms and conditions apply to delegate registrations for all conferences associated with any exhibition (each an “Event”) organised by Informa Saudi Arabia Limited (“Informa Markets”).  Please read them carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, Informa Markets will be unable to accept your registration.

1. Your registration constitutes an offer to Informa Markets to attend an Event. All registrations are subject to acceptance by Informa Markets which will be confirmed in writing (including but not limited to email). A contract between Informa Markets and you will only be formed when this confirmation is sent to you (whether or not it is received) provided that if confirmation is not sent within 14 days of us receiving your registration, it will be deemed to be confirmed unless we notify you otherwise.  Informa Markets reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration.
2. Payment for the Event must be received in full by Informa Markets in accordance with Informa Markets’ payment terms from time to time in force but in any event not later than 48 hours before the Event. If payment in full is not received before the Event, Informa Markets reserves the right at its sole discretion and without liability either to require payment as a condition of entry to the Event or to refuse entry to the Event. No refunds of any proportion of fees already paid (if any) will be made and any balance of the fees will remain due and payable where entry to an Event is refused under this condition 2.
3. Discounts for group registrations are only valid for the number of delegates specified. If the number of delegates attending the Event is less than the number specified in the group booking (either as a result of cancellations prior to the Event or as a result of delegates failing to attend the Event), Informa Markets reserves the right to revise the fees in line with the number of delegates actually attending the Event in accordance with Informa Markets’ published prices then in force and require payment of such fees in accordance with condition 2.
4. Prices for each Event are correct at the time of publication. Informa Markets reserves the right to change the prices at any time but changes will not affect registrations which have already been confirmed by Informa Markets.
   
5. Registrations cancelled after confirmation by Informa Markets but more than 7 days before the Event are subject to a 50% administration charge up to a maximum of SAR750 / USD200. Registration fees for registrations cancelled 7 days or less before the Event must be paid in full. If you fail to attend an Event, the full fees remain payable and no refunds will be given. Informa Markets reserves the right to cancel any registration after confirmation in which case all fees paid will be refunded. You acknowledge that the refund of registration fees is your sole remedy in the event of cancellation of your registration by Informa Markets and all other liability is expressly excluded.
   
6. Your registration may not be transferred and is issued for your personal use only. You may not purchase registrations as agent for any third party or sell or otherwise transfer your registration to others, or exploit the registration commercially or non-commercially in any way. We regret that we cannot accept the transfer of registrations between conferences
7. Informa Markets reserves the right at any time to change the format, participants, content, location and timing or any other aspect of the Event, in each case without liability.
8. Informa Markets reserves the right to postpone or cancel an Event without liability at any time for any reason whether or not due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Where an Event is postponed, your registration will be valid for the postponed Event.
9. Informa Markets reserves the right without liability to refuse admission to, or to eject from the Event, any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of Informa Markets represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Event. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by Informa Markets or the venue owners at the Event.
   
10. All unauthorised photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited. You consent to filming and sound recording and photography of the Event as a delegate and you consent to the use by Informa Markets of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes.
    
11. The personal information which you provide to Informa Markets will be held by us on a database and, where we have appropriate authorisation/consent, may be shared with other entities within the Informa Group and selected third parties internationally for marketing purposes.  Your personal information may also be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law.  The use that such government entities and regulatory authorities make of your personal information is outside of Informa Markets’ control and we do not accept any liability in this regard.  For more information about how we may use the personal information you provide to us please see our Privacy Policy at https://www.informamarkets.com/en/privacy-policy.html.
    
12. Informa Markets excludes all liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property at the Event. All indemnities, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are excluded. Informa Markets accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer in connection with or arising from the Event whether direct, indirect or consequential (including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business or any other type of economic loss) or otherwise. If Informa Markets is liable to you for any reason, Informa Markets’ total liability to you in relation to the Event (whether under these terms or conditions or otherwise) is limited to the amount of the registration fees paid by you to Informa Markets. The limitations and exclusions in this condition 12 only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
    
13. Informa Markets reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you submit your registration.
    
14. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and disputes under or in connection with them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Saudi Arabia.

تنطبق هذه الأحكام والشروط على تسجيلات الموفدين في جميع المؤتمرات المرتبطة بأي معرض (يُشار إلى كل منها باسم "حدث") تنظّمه شركة إنفورما السعودية العربية المحدودة ("إنفورما ماركتس"). يُرجى الاطّلاع عليها بعناية حيث إنها تتضمّن معلومات مهمة. ويعدّ تقديم التسجيل موافقةً منك على التقيّد بهذه الأحكام والشروط. وفي حال كنت لا توافق على التقيّد بهذه الشروط والأحكام، لن تكون إنفورما ماركتس قادرة على قبول تسجيلك.

1. يشكِّل
تسجیلك عرضًا لإنفورما ماركتس لحضور أحد الأحداث. وتخضع جميع التسجيلات لقبول إنفورما ماركتس، وسيتم تأكيد ذلك القبول لك كتابةً (بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، البريد الإلكتروني). ولن يتم إبرام عقد بين إنفورما ماركتس وبينك إلا عند إرسال هذا التأكيد إليك (سواء تم تسلّمه أو لا) شريطة أنه في حال عدم إرسال التأكيد في غضون 14 يومًا من تسلّمنا لتسجيلك، سيتم اعتباره مؤكدًا ما لم نُخطرك بخلاف ذلك. وتحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها في عدم قبول أي تسجيل.

2. يجب أن تتسلم إنفورما ماركتس رسوم حضور الحدث بالكامل تبعًا لشروط السداد التي تفرضها إنفورما ماركتس من وقت لآخر ولكن على أي حال في موعد لا يتجاوز 48 ساعة قبل موعد إقامة الحدث. وإذا لم يتم تسلّم الرسوم بالكامل قبل موعد إقامة الحدث، تحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها - وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص ومن دون مسؤولية قانونية عليها - في أن تتطلب إتمام السداد كشرط للدخول إلى الحدث أو أن ترفض الدخول إلى الحدث. ولن يتم رد أي جزء من الرسوم المسددة بالفعل (إن وجدت)، وسيظل أي رصيد للرسوم مستحقًا وواجب السداد، حيث سيتم رفض الدخول إلى الحدث بموجب هذا الشرط 2.

3. لا تسري خصومات تسجيلات المجموعات إلا على عدد الموفدين المحدّد. وإذا كان عدد الموفدين الذین یحضرون الحدث أقل من العدد المحدّد في حجز المجموعات (إما نتیجةً للإلغاءات قبل موعد إقامة الحدث أو نتیجةً لعدم تمكّن الموفدين من حضور الحدث)، تحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها في تنقیح الرسوم بما يتماشى مع عدد الموفدين الذين يحضرون الحدث فعليًا تبعًا لأسعار إنفورما ماركتس المنشورة التي تكون سارية المفعول في ذلك الوقت مع وجوب سداد هذه الرسوم بموجب الشرط 2.

4.  تكون أسعار كل حدث صحيحة في وقت النشر. وتحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها في تغییر الأسعار في أي وقت، ولکن لن تؤثر التغییرات علی التسجیلات التي تم تأكیدھا بالفعل من قِبل إنفورما ماركتس.

5. التسجيلات – التي يتم إلغاؤها بعد تأكيدها من قِبل إنفورما ماركتس ولكن في فترة تزيد عن 7 أيام قبل موعد إقامة الحدث – تخضع لخصم رسوم إدارية بنسبة 50% بما يصل إلى 750 ر. س. / 200 د. أ. بحدٍ أقصى. ويجب أن تُسدد رسوم التسجيلات بالكامل للتسجيلات التي يتم إلغاؤها قبل 7 أيام أو أقل من موعد إقامة الحدث. وإذا لم تتمكّن من حضور الحدث، فإن الرسوم الكاملة ستظل مستحقة السداد، ولن يتم رد أي مبالغ. وتحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها في إلغاء أي تسجيل بعد تأكيده؛ وفي هذه الحالة، سيتم رد جميع الرسوم المدفوعة. وأنت تقر بأن رد رسوم التسجيل المدفوعة سيكون التعويض الوحيد الذي تحصل عليه في حال إلغاء تسجيلك من قِبل إنفورما ماركتس ويتم صراحةً استبعاد أي مسؤولية قانونية أخرى على إنفورما.

6. لا يجوز التنازل عن تسجيلك، ويتم إصداره لاستخدامك الشخصي فقط. ولا يجوز لك شراء التسجيلات كوكيل لأي جهة خارجية، أو بيع تسجيلك أو التنازل عنه للغير، أو استغلال التسجيل بصورة تجارية أو غير تجاري بأي شكل من الأشكال. ونأسف لأننا لا نستطيع قبول تحويل التسجيلات بين المؤتمرات.

7. تحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها في أي وقت في تغيير شكل الحدث والمشاركين فيه ومحتواه وموقعه الجغرافي وتوقيته أو أي جانب آخر من جوانب الحدث، من دون أن تتحمل مسؤولية قانونية في كل حالة.

8. تحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها في تأجیل أو إلغاء أي حدث دون أي مسؤولية قانونية عليها في أي وقت ولأي سبب، سواء كان ذلك يرجع أو لا يرجع إلى أسباب خارجة عن نطاق سیطرتها المعقولة. وفي حال تأجيل أي حدث، سيكون تسجيلك صالحًا للحدث المؤجل.

9. تحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها، من دون أي مسؤولية قانونية عليها، في رفض دخول أي شخص إلى الحدث أو إخراجه منه حسب تقديرها المطلق، بما في ذلك (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر) أي شخص لا يمتثل لهذه الشروط والأحكام أو يشكّل في رأي إنفورما ماركتس خطرًا أمنيًا أو مصدر إزعاج أو مضايقة لإدارة الحدث. وأنت توافق على الامتثال لكل التعليمات المعقولة الصادرة عن إنفورما ماركتس أو مالكي موقع إقامة الفعاليات في الحدث.

10. تُحظر صراحةً كل العمليات غير المصرّح بها للتصوير الفوتوغرافي ولتسجيل أو نقل المواد الصوتية أو المرئية أو البيانات أو المعلومات. وأنت توافق على التصوير المرئي والتسجيل الصوتي والتصوير الفوتوغرافي للحدث كموفد، كما توافق على استخدام إنفورما ماركتس لأي من تلك التسجيلات أو الصور الفوتوغرافية بأي مكان في العالم في سبيل الترويج أو التسويق أو أغراض أخرى.

11. سنحتفظ بالمعلومات الشخصية - التي تقدمها لإنفورما ماركتس - في قاعدة بيانات، ويجوز أن تتم مشاركتها مع الكيانات الأخرى في إنفورما جروب وجهات خارجية مختارة على الصعيد الدولي لأغراض تسويقية في حال حصولنا على تصريح/موافقة سليمة. ويجوز أن تتم مشاركة معلوماتك الشخصية مع الجهات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية حسبما يقتضي القانون. واستخدام هذه الجهات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية لمعلوماتك الشخصية يقع خارج نطاق سيطرة إنفورما ماركتس، ونحن لا نقبل أي مسؤولية قانونية في هذا الشأن. لمزيد من المعلومات حول الطرق التي يمكننا من خلالها استخدام المعلومات الشخصية التي تقدمها لنا، يُرجى الاطّلاع على سياسة الخصوصية على https://www.informamarkets.com/en/privacy-policy.html.

12. تتنصل إنفورما ماركتس من أي مسؤولية قانونية عن الخسائر أو الإصابات أو الأضرار التي تلحق بالأشخاص أو الممتلكات في الحدث. ويتم استبعاد كل التعويضات والضمانات والشروط والأحكام (سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية). ولا تتحمل إنفورما ماركتس أي مسؤولیة قانونية عن أي خسائر أو أضرار من أي نوع قد تتعرض لھا فیما یتعلق بالحدث أو تنشأ عنه سواء كانت مباشرة أو غیر مباشرة أو تبعیة (بما في ذلك، علی سبیل المثال لا الحصر، خسارة الأرباح أو خسارة الأعمال أو أي نوع آخر من الخسارة الاقتصادیة) أو غير ذلك. وفي حال كانت إنفورما ماركتس مسؤولة قانونًا قِبلك لأي سبب من الأسباب، فإن إجمالي المسؤولية القانونية لإنفورما ماركتس قِبلك فيما يتعلق بالحدث (سواء بموجب هذه الشروط أو الأحكام أو خلاف ذلك) يقتصر على مبلغ رسوم التسجيل التي قمت بسدادها إلى إنفورما ماركتس. ولا تسري القيود والاستثناءات في هذا الشرط 12 إلا على المدى الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.

13. تحتفظ إنفورما ماركتس بحقها في تعدیل هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر، كما أنك ستخضع للشروط والأحكام الساریة وقت تقدیم تسجیلك.

14. ستخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وستخضع المنازعات بموجبها أو المرتبطة بها للولاية القضائية غير الحصرية لمحاكم المملكة العربية السعودية.
