As part of our commitment, we are focusing on:

1. Help our markets through inspiring sustainable development

  • Global health has always been driven to support sustainable development in the industry, this year we have many initiatives to support the women and youth in the healthcare industry, reaching the local community in Saudi Arabia.
  • We’re aligned with SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) no. 3 on good health and wellbeing, and strive to inspire our sector to join us in this pledge to achieve our goals
  • Our Global Health Congress will feature 9 talks in the space of sustainable innovation, economic growth, and infection prevention planning, empowering our community to prepare for a global pandemic.

2. Run the event in an increasingly environmentally responsible manner

  • Our carpet is reused to miniminse waste
  • Our fabric signage is recycled
  • Our digital badges minimise waste from lanyards and paper badges
  • Our event is powered by renewable electricity
  • Better Stands – our initiative to eliminate disposable stands from the events industry

3. Run the event in a socially responsible manner

  • We galvanise Saudi Arabia's local associations, uniting them in support and amplifying their voices to advance their shared goals.
  • We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, by elevating the voices of women through our partnership with the Rofaida Women's Health Organisation, which is focused on women's health and wellbeing.
