Shehzad is a Partner at Knight Frank, responsible for the Development Consultancy | Healthcare & Education service line. He advises clients on market entry, operator & investor search, business model, strategy and transaction services within the healthcare and education space – key markets include; UAE, KSA, Oman, Jordan and Egypt.
His key responsibility is to develop and grow this specialised advisory practice and provide
Shehzad is an FCCA and has also worked for a Big 4 advisory practice both in Pakistan and the UK and has extensive experience in business and intangible asset valuation, restructuring and project finance. He has worked on education sector acquisition transactions in UK and Indonesia along with key financial services sector transactions.
Stephen is a Partner and Head of Valuations in the UAE, spending his time between the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices and sits on the Global Valuations Board for Knight Frank representing in the Middle East.
Stephen is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years of real estate experience, with the last 12 years in the Middle East, specializing in valuations, consultancy and feasibility studies. He has provided advice on numerous high profile developments throughout the region on key projects in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Syria, Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Pakistan, Lebanon and Kuwait.
Saud is a Partner at Knight Frank, within the Valuation and Advisory service line covering all major real estate sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He has been involved in valuation assignments worth over SAR 100bn including number of large scale real estate projects including, mixed-use projects and specialized assets across the kingdom with leading real estate developers, financial institutions, asset managers and government entities.
Valuation experience includes portfolio investment valuations, residual land valuations of masterplans, comparable land valuations and development feasibility on mixed-use projects.
Saud holds Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Finance from American University Kogod School of Business and Real Estate Professional Certification from the same school. In addition, he is certified valuer from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers.
