Frederico Ramos, Design Director

With over 24 years’ experience, 12 of them in Asia, Frederico worked in places as diverse as Portugal, Macau, Angola, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, with projects in locations such as Western Europe (Portugal), Eastern Europe (Ukraine), Africa (Angola and Cape Verde), South America (Argentina), Middle East (Dubai, KSA), Oceania (Australia) and Asia (P.R.C, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Indonesia). Frederico is experienced in all project stages from inception to completion of healthcare, infrastructure, hospitality, retail, commercial, institutional and residen¬tial works. His diverse experience enables his current engagement in projects of wide-ranging scope. Frederico is particularly experienced in large scale fast track projects, such as the Macau Venetian Cotai Strip Parcel 5 and 6, the West Kowloon terminus or the Suntec City Project, and particularly strong in institutional projects and has completed several institution projects. Frederico is particularly active in training programs, BIM R&D, being often an invited speaker at international events, with talks in Hungary, Singapore, Tokyo and Osaka; and was one a panelist for the ULI 2017 Future Leaders Forum in Singapore to discuss the impact of technology in the real estate industry.
